Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the sister hotel, Bonsella Boutique Hotel, was a mix of pleasant surprises and minor disappointments. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with all the needed amenities, but unfortunately, they were very noisy at times. The service, like Lou, was beyond helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The location, although lively and in the city center, could benefit from better sound isolation. The dining experience offered a decent variety, yet limited when compared to other establishments. Overall, a stay with notable highlights and some room for improvement.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Hanoi, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer a pleasant view from the large corner-window, although the lack of a separate shower can be inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility issues. The noise from outside the room can be bothersome at times, affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel offers spacious, well-decorated, and clean rooms with very comfortable beds, providing 'live' street theater 24 hours a day. The service is incredibly helpful, especially with arranging transportation for clients back to China. The location is perfect for exploring landmarks, restaurants, and bars, although the noise level could be a concern for some. The dining experience is fantastic with a variety of food options. Overall, a vibrant and convenient stay with great amenities and friendly staff.
The hotel felt like a typical business hotel in Europe with quiet and comfortable rooms, but the huge high-sided bath made it extremely challenging for me due to mobility issues. The staff were always helpful and had a smile, offering various services, although the happy hour AC issue was a bit inconvenient. The location in the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi is superb, though light sleepers might find it a bit noisy. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of delicious options.
The hotel's rooms were a bit challenging for me with a high-sided bath and lack of external view, but being in the heart of the city was perfect for enjoying the street life. The noise insulation was not the best, but the service and location were top-notch.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The rooms, though a bit small, are modern, clean, and offer a good hot shower experience. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and very helpful. The dining options were varied, although not everyone enjoys buffet-style meals. Additionally, the central location makes it convenient to access many nearby attractions.
I was thrilled to get my room early, allowing me to dive right into exploring the city hassle-free. The hotel in the old quarter is clean and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was some noise at night. The service was incredibly helpful and professional. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were varied and delicious, catering to both Asian and Western tastes.
